NIVORA JEANS – TERMS OF SERVICE & CONDITIONS
This website (www.nivorajeans.com) is operated under the commercial jurisdiction of Nivora Jeans. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nivora Jeans. By accessing our platform, purchasing our products, or creating an account dashboard, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Legal Capacity & Account Accuracy
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.
2. Modifications to Prices and Apparel Catalog
  • Price Adjustment Rights: Prices for our premium denim are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Inventory Gating: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any clothing article, variant, or layout collection without liability to any customer or third-party.
3. Accuracy of Digital Material Display
We make every logical effort to display the colors, washes, and textures of our jeans as accurately as possible within our visual product catalog grids. However, due to differing digital smartphone screens and display panel calibrations, we cannot legally guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be 100% identical to the physical denim fabric texture.
4. Absolute Limitation of Legal Liability
  • No Commercial Warranty: In no case shall Nivora Jeans, our directors, officers, employees, or logistics partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any product purchased from our storefront.
  • Exclusion of Minor Defects: Normal variations in denim wash shading, distressing positions, or minor loose threads common in apparel manufacturing do not constitute legal breaches of contract or fraudulent misrepresentation under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005 (or corresponding provincial codes).
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate transactional agreements shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the prevailing Federal and Provincial Laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any formal legal proceedings, consumer court arbitration filings, or corporate disputes must be initiated and handled exclusively within the courts of your operating district hub in Pakistan.
